Propel is partnering with a national media group that’s redefining how brands connect with local audiences. From radio and outdoor to digital and live experiences, they create campaigns that move people and drive results. The next chapter is something genuinely new: a self-serve platform that makes outdoor and audio advertising, radio, billboard, OOH, as simple as Google Ads. Brands sign up for free, build a radio ad using AI in minutes, and book campaigns directly.
This is a high-stakes, early moment to join, and a rare one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning all paid acquisition, CRO and SEO across a £1.7m–£1.9m channel budget.
- Setting channel mix and strategy to hit targets including 600 new customers.
- Evaluating and optimising agency relationships.
- Driving performance marketing from the ground up as the platform enters its first public phase.
- Working closely with the team launching this product into market in real time.
What they’re looking for:
- 5 years+ in growth or performance marketing, strategic enough to own the vision, hands-on enough to execute.
- Strong B2B PLG or self-serve experience.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a messy path forward.
- Experience managing agencies and knowing when (and how) to bring things in-house.
- A self-starter who’s built from near zero, ideally at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Budget management at scale, you’ve owned meaningful budgets and tied spend directly to growth.
