Propel is partnering with a fast-growing marketplace scale-up often described as the “Airbnb for shops”, helping brands launch short-term retail activations, pop-ups and longer-term shops in temporary spaces. The business connects brands and landlords, acts as the matchmaker between the two, and takes commission on each booking. They work with a mix of well-known brands, agencies and digitally-native businesses who want to test physical retail in a flexible way. With ambitious growth targets ahead, they’re hiring a Growth Marketing Executive to take ownership of digital growth and build the engine that drives revenue.
Sitting at the intersection of commercial, marketing and execution, you’ll be the person who understands the revenue goal, reverse-engineers it into growth activity, and runs the experiments that fuel scalable performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning digital growth end-to-end, with a clear focus on revenue generation and conversion
- Building and executing multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), email and lifecycle marketing
- Exploring and building new growth channels (including LinkedIn Ads) as the business expands its media mix
- Working closely with an external agency who manage PPC and SEO/search activity, while driving performance and optimisation internally
- Running frequent tests across email campaigns, messaging, WhatsApp initiatives, and channel experiments, then operationalising what works into repeatable playbooks
- Analysing performance across all channels, spotting opportunities, experimenting quickly and optimising for ROI
- Using tools like Looker and Google Sheets to track performance and make fast, data-led decisions
- Bringing in new tools and smarter ways of working (including better use of AI) to improve speed and efficiency
- Influencing stakeholders across all levels of the business, including senior leadership, to drive initiatives through to delivery
What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing within a hyper-growth startup or scale-up
- Strong understanding of brands and retail, and how digital growth translates into real-world commercial outcomes
- Proven track record of driving digital growth and exceeding revenue goals
- Highly analytical and naturally experimental — someone who can test, learn and scale rapidly
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, plus in-depth experience across Facebook/Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- A commercially minded operator who understands attribution, CPA, CTR and performance optimisation inside-out
- Confident influencing stakeholders at all levels (including C-suite) and owning projects end-to-end
📍 Location: Hybrid (London)
A brilliant opportunity to join a high-growth marketplace business and take real ownership of the growth engine driving their next stage of expansion.
