We’re looking for a part-time Event Coordinator (Contract) to support events and integrated marketing campaigns across the UK. This home-based role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing initiatives, with occasional travel to London.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager with planning and execution of in-person and virtual events
- Manage projects and tasks using tools like Wrike
- Research venues, coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, prepare onsite materials, and support on the day
- Assist with conference and trade show requirements, supplier coordination, and staffing logistics
- Help with campaign follow-up, lead processing, gifting requests, and merchandise orders
