I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing consumer fintech scaleup that is transforming how people spend and interact with financial services. Following significant growth and platform expansion, the business is now looking to hire a Financial Manager to join its Finance team in London. This is a great opportunity to step into a broad fintech finance role with exposure across payments, treasury, financial reporting and operational finance, while working closely with teams across the business. The company is scaling quickly and this role will play an important part in strengthening financial operations and supporting the next phase of growth.
The Role
- You will help run the day-to-day finance operations of the business while contributing to reporting, controls and financial processes.
- You will gain exposure to areas including:
- Month-end close and management reporting
- Payments operations, reconciliations and treasury processes
- Financial controls and finance operations
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Regulatory and statutory reporting
- Cross-functional work with operations, compliance and data teams

About You
- You may currently be working as a:
- Financial Accountant
- Assistant Accountant
- Finance Analyst
- Finance Operations specialist
- And likely bring:
- 2–5 years experience in accounting, finance operations or financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
- An interest in working within a high-growth tech or fintech environment
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking or regulated environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Candidates will be considered that have either on the job training without qualifications or those who are qual or part qual.
