About the agency: This is a specialist B2B performance marketing agency with a genuinely friendly, close-knit team. Culture matters just as much as output. They work hard, enjoy what they do, and want people who value the same. They’re big believers in work–life balance. Although the role is predominantly remote, the team meets up in London every couple of weeks and has a monthly social where they take the afternoon off for a group activity.

About the role: This role sits within their B2B paid media team, working closely with the Head of Digital Paid Media. You’ll be hands‑on in the platforms, owning LinkedIn campaigns for B2B clients, analysing performance, managing budgets, and feeding insights back into the wider team. They’re especially interested in people who are proactive, data‑led, and comfortable getting stuck into the detail. They’re not looking for a finished article. What matters most is that you’re confident in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, organised, curious, and keen to grow further in B2B lead generation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building, managing and optimising LinkedIn paid social campaigns for B2B clients
  • Monitoring budgets and pacing, and using data to guide decisions
  • Analysing performance, spotting trends, and running tests and experiments
  • Working with designers and the wider team to improve landing pages and outcomes
  • Communicating clearly with clients, often via Slack or Teams, explaining insights in a simple way
  • Staying up to date with platform changes and best practice

Requirements:

  • Around 2+ years of hands‑on experience running LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience working on B2B clients is ideal, especially SaaS or services, but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Someone organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • UK-based and within a commutable distance of Central London
  • A good sense of humour and a positive attitude

Nice to have (but not essential): Exposure to Google Ads or PPC, and some understanding of attribution or tracking.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
  • Remote‑first working: ~1 day a week in London
  • 25 days holiday and private medical care
  • Supportive team with strong growth ambitions

If you’re keen to move deeper into B2B paid social, enjoy being close to the data, and want to work somewhere that genuinely values flexibility and culture, this could be a great next step.
