Independent performance marketing agency looking for an experienced Paid Media Account Manager to support client delivery across PPC and Paid Social.
Hands-on management of high-performing paid media campaigns, primarily PPC, with exposure to Paid Social and additional channels where relevant. The role requires strong technical execution, an understanding of how channels work together, and the ability to manage budgets and performance against clear commercial targets.
- Own and optimise PPC-led paid media campaigns across multiple clients
- Manage budgets (£50k+ monthly) in line with agreed performance strategy
- Line manage and support junior team members, including QA and development
- Maintain regular client communication and performance reporting
- Contribute to wider team initiatives such as testing, automation and process improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years in PPC-focused paid media roles (majority PPC)
- Strong ecommerce performance track record (ROAS, CPA, revenue)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills (Excel essential)
- Solid understanding of the wider paid media ecosystem
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Additional languages beneficial
