A Global Organisation are growing their workforce investigation team into Europe. Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for conducting thorough and impartial workplace investigations? My client are seeking a dynamic individual to grow and lead the HR investigations across 35 countries and 1,000 employees. Role Overview As the Senior Manager, Workplace Relations and Investigations , you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining a fair and compliant work environment across our international operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization’s culture and practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations across our global locations Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels Provide strategic recommendations for policy improvements Collaborate with HR teams and integrate with existing processes Travel extensively to international locations (up to 50% of the time) Qualifications Extensive experience in HR investigations, preferably in an international context Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly Track record of driving positive change through thoughtful recommendations Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset Preferred Experience Familiarity with HR practices in Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, or India Background in law, compliance, or human resources Personal Attributes Curious and ambitious problem-solver Approachable demeanor with a strong professional presence Adaptable to diverse cultural contexts and working styles Work Environment Full-time position based in one of our major European hubs Extensive international travel required Key Locations London, Dublin, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, Rome, Zurich, Geneva, Athens, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona, and various locations across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and India.
