Join the Technology team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our data protection and operational compliance activities. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll act as our Data Protection Officer (DPO), taking a hands-on approach to GDPR compliance, customer assurance, and internal operational practices. This is a practical, delivery-focused role where you’ll work closely with teams across the business to embed strong data protection standards.

  • Lead data protection activities and act as DPO
  • Manage GDPR documentation (RoPA, DPIAs, data mapping)
  • Oversee data subject requests (SARs, erasure, correction)
  • Support internal compliance reviews and training
  • Liaise with the ICO and support regulatory requirements

Someone who has worked in a small business heading up all things compliance:

  • Proven experience in data protection or compliance
  • Hands-on experience managing SARs and compliance documentation

You’ll be part of a collaborative Technology function where compliance is embedded into how we build, operate, and support our products, giving you real influence and visibility across the business.
