We’re partnering with a global education organisation undergoing a major transformation in how technology supports teaching and learning across its network of schools. Over the past few years, the organisation has been building a digital learning ecosystem – developing a suite of tools that support teachers, students and school leaders through technology, data and increasingly AI-enabled platforms. The next phase is about scale, adoption and continued product development.

It’s a rare opportunity for a senior product leader to shape how AI and digital tools support education at scale, leading both product development and the organisational change required to embed them successfully.

  • Owning the vision and strategy for a growing suite of digital learning tools, ensuring they evolve into a coherent product ecosystem.
  • Leading product development across multiple platforms, taking tools through ongoing alpha, beta and live phases as they continue to mature.
  • Acting as the product owner for the organisation’s AI-enabled learning strategy, identifying where emerging technologies can enhance teaching and learning.
  • Working closely with schools, teachers and internal teams to ensure product development reflects real user needs.
  • Balancing innovation with practical implementation, ensuring tools are usable and scalable across diverse environments.
  • Leading both product teams and change management initiatives, helping organisations adapt to new technologies and ways of working.
  • Holding the long-term product vision, ensuring continued development and evolution of the platform ecosystem.

Senior product leadership experience, ideally building or scaling digital platforms. A track record of driving product development and owning product strategy end-to-end. Experience leading large-scale digital or organisational transformation. Comfort operating in environments where products are evolving, testing and iterating through different stages of maturity. UK-based (remote with travel).

A genuinely unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing AI and digital learning ecosystem, lead the continued evolution of multiple products, and shape how technology supports teaching and learning across a global education network.
