You'll ideally bring: Proven experience leading and developing a finance team. International finance experience, including exposure to US operations. Strong financial reporting, audit and governance experience. Experience implementing finance systems, technology or process improvements. Exposure to a private equity‑backed business or supporting a corporate transaction would be highly advantageous. Treasury or foreign exchange hedging experience would be beneficial. You’ll be commercially minded, pragmatic and collaborative, with the confidence to challenge where appropriate while building strong relationships across the business.
