Digital Marketing Specialist – Boutique Creative Agency (Partnered with Meta)
We’re working with a small but high-impact creative agency based in South West London that delivers standout digital experiences for a diverse client base from independent film studios, to boutique fitness brands, and theatres.
With most of their work coming through referrals, they’ve built a strong reputation for producing beautifully designed websites, brands and campaigns with particular strength in WordPress and Shopify.
They’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their collaborative team and play a key role across performance marketing, strategy and content. If you’re hands-on, curious, and looking to grow within a creative, fast-moving environment, this could be a brilliant next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contributing creative ideas to websites, content strategies, and wider digital campaigns
- Running and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Improving SEO performance through content updates, technical enhancements, and backlink building
- Monitoring performance using GA4 and other analytics tools, and translating insights into clear reports
- Managing and growing social media accounts with engaging, platform-specific content
- Maintaining and optimising Google Business profiles for enhanced local presence
- Working with writers and AI tools to support efficient, high-quality content creation
- Collaborating closely with designers and developers to deliver smooth, integrated project outcomes
What they’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role – within an agency or fast-paced digital team
- Hands-on experience with:
*Google Ads and PPC strategy
*SEO (on-page, technical and content-focused)
- Experience with paid social (Meta, LinkedIn) and social media management tools is a plus
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and campaign reporting tools
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills
- Someone confident working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
- A genuine interest in performance marketing, creative content, and evolving digital trends
