I’m currently working with a fast-moving AI-driven tech company that’s looking to expand their Infrastructure & DevOps team. They’re looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to help scale cloud-native systems, manage AI workloads, and support database migration projects.

This is a technical, fast-paced role where you’ll get exposure to multiple areas of the stack:

  • Managing and improving AWS cloud architecture, including EKS, EC2, Aurora, OpenSearch, and other services.
  • Migrating workloads to Kubernetes (EKS) and optimising cluster performance.
  • Collaborating closely with R&D engineers to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
  • Building and maintaining Terraform-based IaC pipelines, integrated with CI/CD workflows.
  • Enhancing observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and embedding security best practices across IAM, secrets management, and cloud posture.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–10 years’ experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Strong Terraform/IaC skills and CI/CD experience (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Solid Linux, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
  • Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach — comfortable in a fast-moving environment tackling diverse infrastructure challenges.

If you’re interested in working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure with a team that values collaboration, technical excellence, and exposure to multiple layers of the stack, send me a message or drop your CV to Zoe.hinkinson@propellondon.com
