The team and channels are already in place -- digital, events, lifecycle -- but no one has ever connected them into one coordinated, pipeline-driving engine. That is the job. And the opportunity.

ABM is a priority the business has committed to but never properly started. Lifecycle programmes are underdeveloped. PPC is working but needs someone with the confidence to scale it properly as they launch into a bigger, more competitive category. There is a lot to go at.

What you'll own

  • The integrated demand gen model -- bringing digital, ABM, events, and lifecycle together into one programme-led function with a shared calendar, shared KPIs, and clear pipeline accountability
  • The budget -- how it's allocated, how it's optimised, and how every pound spent is tied back to pipeline
  • A team of two channel managers, each with their own direct report -- you set the direction, build the culture, and develop the people
  • The relationship with Sales and SDRs -- supplying intent signals, account insight, and campaign intelligence that makes outbound sharper
  • The metrics conversation -- moving the business away from vanity measures and towards qualified pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue impact

What we're looking for

You have done this before -- not necessarily at the same scale, but you know what good looks like and you know how to build towards it. Specifically:

  • Proven in B2B SaaS demand gen or growth marketing, with real experience at a high-growth scaleup ideally series B
  • You are fluent in pipeline metrics -- ARR, CAC, deal velocity -- and comfortable owning those numbers in front of a CEO
  • You have scaled PPC with discipline: testing, tracking, and making smart decisions with budget
  • You have managed a team and you take developing people seriously
  • You understand the enterprise motion -- long sales cycles, buying committees, multi-threading -- and have marketed into it
  • ABM experience is a big plus, but a clear plan for how you would build it from scratch is just as valuable
  • HubSpot experience is ideal
