I’m looking for a brilliant Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS company shaking up the flexible workspace industry. This is the perfect next step for someone who has had exposure to performance or brand marketing agency, who’s curious, ambitious, and ready to grow fast!

My client are building the global sales and marketing engine for flexible workspace – scaling quickly. With some of the biggest names in the space already on the platform, they’re now doubling down on how we support them. You’ll be supporting major clients, working across onboarding, performance insights, and optimisation – while learning along the way.

  • Supporting operators to optimise their digital listings (GBP, Apple Connect, Bing Places)
  • Building trusted relationships and driving measurable results
  • Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and prevent churn
  • Experience in customer success, onboarding or account management (ideally in similar SaaS or digital)
  • You’ve worked with Google Business Profile, Apple Connect or Bing Places (Must!!!)
  • Comfortable with tools and data - reporting doesn’t scare you!
  • Great communicator who knows when to listen, push or support

Competitive salary + hybrid working from their London HQ. Please note there is a bonus/commission element to the package.
