We’re supporting a trusted, mission-driven brand that\’s investing heavily in elevating its creative and brand presence. With a loyal customer base and a renewed strategic focus, they\’re building a dynamic internal Creative Studio to power their next stage of growth.
They’re now hiring a Creative Studio Lead to shape and deliver high-impact design and content outputs across all customer touchpoints – bringing fresh energy, strategic thinking, and creative excellence to the heart of the business.
What they’re looking for
- Creative leadership: Own the day-to-day output of a multidisciplinary in-house studio, leading a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and content specialists.
- Brand evolution: Play a central role in the business’s brand transformation journey, helping build a distinctive, modern identity that deepens customer engagement.
- Full-channel ownership: Oversee creative execution across digital, print, social, advertising, and content marketing, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic impact.
- Studio management: Build and manage efficient creative workflows from brief to execution, balancing priorities and driving operational excellence.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to ensure creative outputs are insight-led and commercially effective.
Responsibilities
- Creative leadership experience, ideally within fast-paced, multi-channel environments. This may be from a creative agency background, or in-house within a regulated or high-trust industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand evolution, creative campaign development, and content leadership.
- Expertise across design, copy, digital content creation, and campaign execution.
- Team leadership experience, able to inspire and develop a high-performing creative team.
- Collaborative and commercially-minded, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for innovation, storytelling, and delivering creative work that drives engagement and impact.
