Content and Social Manager - Ecommerce Scaleup

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of content, SEO and social. This is ideal for someone who wants to run a proper organic growth engine, not a brand fluff or performance marketing role.

What you will be doing
- Own and evolve the entire content and editorial strategy
- Plan and run the blog and newsletter roadmap
- Build and execute a keyword strategy using SEO tools and real search behaviour
- Write long form and short form content with clarity and authority
- Run LinkedIn and X with intention, creativity and consistent iteration
- Repurpose everything into multiple formats to maximise reach
- Work with first party data to build thought leadership and insights
- Partner closely with internal teams to uncover stories that matter
- Build simple but effective content systems that scale output without losing quality
This role is hands on. You will write regularly, test ideas quickly and treat content as the engine that drives traffic, credibility and customer acquisition.

Experience that helps
- Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, marketing tools or similar industries
- Strong understanding of Semrush, Ahrefs, GSC and analytics
- Ability to create visuals or social assets using Canva or Figma
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, product led environment
- Hybrid role two days a week in Shoreditch
