Construction Solutions Manager – Construction Technology (UK / Global Projects)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing construction technology company that is transforming project management through AI and computer vision. Their platform automates on-site progress tracking, helping construction teams plan smarter, improve efficiency, and cut costly delays by up to 50%. Already deployed on hundreds of projects globally, they’re backed by leading investors and industry pioneers, and on track for rapid expansion.
The Role:
As a Construction Solutions Manager, you’ll be part of a professional team within the Operations function, responsible for creating digital representations of clients’ construction projects. You’ll combine clients’ plans, models, and insights with proven construction management methodologies to deliver accurate, actionable digital twins. This role sits at the intersection of construction expertise and technology, supporting high-profile global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate construction technology into practical solutions for clients
- Lead technical discussions with clients and guide internal teams to support their needs
- Design client-specific digital solutions based on company methodology and client requirements
- Own the system setup and lifecycle throughout the client’s project, from fit-out start to delivery
- Dive into project metrics and workflows, applying deep construction knowledge to optimise outcomes
- Support implementation, including discovery sessions and aligning project requirements with technology solutions
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to deliver seamless project support
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years operational experience in construction projects
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of 3D software and BIM environments; experience with Navisworks Manage is an advantage
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and installations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client interfaces, discovery sessions, and represent the company professionally
- Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and G Suite
