Compliance Associate – FTSE250 FinTech / 6 month FTC 🚀
Propel is partnering with a publicly traded, high-growth FinTech that’s redefining the world of trading. With 340,000+ customers using their mobile, web, and desktop platforms globally, they’re building a new kind of investing experience, from stocks and crypto to options and futures.
They’re looking for a motivated Compliance Associate to support their expanding compliance function. If you have 1-2 years experience in compliance or a regulated environment (financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential), and a keen interest in financial markets and regulation, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in fintech.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Financial Promotions compliance, working closely with marketing and product teams.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and controls.
- Helping deliver compliance training and monitoring activities.
- Assisting with the review and management of complaints and operational risk events.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to Consumer Duty and FCA rules.
