I'm partnering with an award-winning immersive media and content studio to hire a Commercial Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a business operating at the intersection of immersive technology, documentary storytelling, digital experiences, and content production, delivering projects across healthcare, education, culture, travel, and hospitality.
Working directly with the CEO, you'll help drive new business opportunities from initial conversations through to project delivery, ensuring prospects are nurtured, qualified, and converted into long-term clients.
The Role: You'll sit at the centre of the company's commercial activity, supporting senior relationship-building while managing the day-to-day progression of opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a commercial pipeline
- Qualifying opportunities and identifying client needs
- Building relationships with prospects and clients
- Preparing meeting briefings and coordinating follow-up actions
- Writing project briefs and supporting proposals and pitches
- Coordinating internal teams across creative, production, and technology functions
- Producing pipeline reports and maintaining CRM records
- Identifying opportunities for repeat business and account growth
About You:
- 3+ years' experience in commercial, account management, client services, business development, or commercial operations roles
- Experience supporting revenue growth and developing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and project coordination abilities
- Confidence working with senior executives and external clients
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
Highly desirable:
- Experience within media, production, creative, agency, technology, or digital businesses
- Exposure to immersive technology, content production, or experiential projects
