I’m currently working with a leading international law firm who are looking to hire a Technology Solution Architect to join their growing Architecture function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected Technology team where architecture is central to the firm’s strategy. Technology is heavily invested in and plays a key role in enabling complex legal work, global operations, and ongoing digital transformation.
Communication is absolutely critical - you must be confident translating complex technical designs into clear, simple language for both technical teams and senior non-technical audiences.
As a Technology Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned to architecture standards, security principles, and business objectives. You’ll work across multiple domains including cloud, data, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and supportable.
- Defining APIs, integration patterns, and data flows
- Working closely with delivery teams through build and implementation
- Defining and validating non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, resilience, security)
- Producing architectural decision records (ADRs)
- Collaborating with cloud, data, security, and engineering teams
Key technologies include:
- Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, APIM)
- SQL Server
- CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices
Experience with legal platforms such as iManage, Aderant, Intapp (or similar enterprise systems) is highly desirable. Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments and legal sector experience is preferred. AWS exposure is beneficial but not essential.
Hybrid working (2–3 days per week in London) offers an opportunity to help shape architecture capability within the firm.
If you’re interested in joining a leading, forward-thinking law firm with a strong technology focus, please send me a message with your CV or email it directly to:
