I'm working with one of the UK's fastest growing DTC consumer brands on a role that's a bit different to your standard paid social hire. The business has grown from a standing start to serious scale off the back of viral content, creators and a genuinely fun product. Now they're building their Meta function properly and they want someone who is hungry to own it, test everything, and grow with it.
You're oozing passion for performance marketing - you think about the latest trend, new ideas to try, other brands that are doing paid social well. You get excited about testing a scrappy ad that converts over a polished one that doesn't.
You're currently a Paid Social/Performance Marketing Exec looking for a step up. You're currently agency-side and keen to move in-house/brand-side.
- Testing creative formats and hooks at pace with an in-house content team
- Previous experience in paid social or performance marketing
- Ecommerce or DTC exposure is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
The culture is flat, fast and creative. Central London, 4 days per week in office (non-negotiable).
