Propel is working with a market-leading organisation that’s building a new product set to transform marketing campaigns. Backed by a major UK media organisation but operating with the pace and autonomy of a startup, this team is creating something bold, new, and impactful - and design is central to how that story is told.

They’re now looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer who can help shape how this emerging product shows up across every touchpoint. Someone who’s excited by variety, comfortable in product-adjacent environments, and ready to bring creative direction as well as hands-on craft.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Bringing a new digital product to life visually across key marketing channels like web, email, social, paid channels and campaign surfaces.
  • Contributing to the evolution of a developing brand identity and setting creative direction on how it shows up.
  • Designing across multiple formats – from marketing assets to product-adjacent visuals and launch materials.
  • Working closely with marketing, product and growth teams to ensure a consistent, thoughtful visual experience.
  • Supporting campaign and go-to-market activity as the product continues to scale.

What they’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Designer - this won't be your first role. This isn't a junior position, as you'll be owning brand and marketing design, ideally having done it in one or more previous roles. Brand, digital or marketing design backgrounds welcome, preference for experience designing in a product-led environment - e.g. B2B/B2C tech, SaaS, fintech or digital platforms.
  • Strong conceptual thinking - someone who can take a brief and elevate it, not just execute.
  • Confident turning complex concepts into simple, high-impact visual stories.
  • Broad multi-channel experience across digital, social, web, email and campaign formats.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Motion design is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration and working closely with product-focused teams.

This role will not be right for you if:

  • You’re looking for a “safe” design role with lots of structure already in place.
  • You want to focus on UI or product design rather than brand and marketing.
  • You prefer working in a large design team rather than owning things end to end.
  • You’re not confident setting creative direction and making judgement calls.
  • You’re early in your design career and still need close, day-to-day guidance.
