We're partnering with a well-funded AI infrastructure company as they hire their first Head of Go-to-Market. The business is building technology for engineering teams operating at the forefront of AI adoption. With strong early validation, a highly technical team, and significant backing, the company is entering a pivotal stage of growth and looking for someone to build the commercial function from the ground up. This is a genuine 0→1 leadership opportunity.
You'll be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, building pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, shaping market positioning, and creating the foundations for a scalable revenue organisation. Over time, you'll build and lead the broader GTM team across sales, partnerships, marketing and developer engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and scaling a GTM function from scratch within an early-stage technology company
- A strong background in AI infrastructure, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, MLOps, data platforms or API platforms
- A track record of selling highly technical products to CTOs, VP Engineering, platform teams and developers
- The ability to build credibility with technical buyers and work closely with Product and Engineering organisations
- A hands-on approach and the willingness to operate as both strategist and builder
