My client is building a planning platform that replaces outdated spreadsheets with collaborative tools used on major infrastructure projects across the UK and globally, supporting teams delivering roads, rail, tunnels, and hospitals at huge scale.

What you'll do:

  • Own mobile design end-to-end, from concept to shipped product
  • Define interaction patterns that actually work in the field
  • Partner closely with engineers to ensure high-quality execution
  • Raise the bar for mobile to match a best-in-class web experience
  • Help evolve a growing design system

We're looking for:

  • 4+ years in product design with a strong mobile portfolio
  • Experience designing complex workflows (not just simple apps)
  • Strong interaction design and systems thinking
  • Comfort working closely with engineers and real constraints
  • Bonus if you've worked with Flutter, B2B SaaS, or designed for field-based users.

If you want to build tools people actually rely on in the real world and close the gap between "functional" and "exceptional" mobile experiences, let's talk.
