Client Partner at Propel – Building exceptional GTM teams globally
In the UK, Propel has already placed their commercial leader and is expanding the team. One of the world’s fastest-growing AI/IoT scale-ups is growing across the UK and is looking for a Channel Partner to join their high-performing commercial team. Their award-winning technology transforms how enterprises manage buildings, prevent costly damage, and cut carbon emissions. You’ll be joining with a more senior teammate as the function grows.
The role
You’ll join a small but growing UK team to accelerate channel growth. This isn’t a passive account-management role – you’ll be out there creating opportunities, energising resellers and referral partners, and driving real revenue impact. Think direct sales DNA meets channel mindset.
- Build, grow, and run a UK channel ecosystem from day one
- Manage a mix of reseller and referral partners (IoT solution providers, FM companies, workplace tech resellers, etc.)
- Hunt new partners, onboard them, and get them selling
- Act as both account manager and new-business driver – always finding ways to expand enterprise contracts
- Report into the commercial leadership team with clear progression as the UK channel scales
What we’re looking for
- A commercial operator with enterprise sales exposure who’s excited to step into channel
- Confident running tech agreements, negotiations, and creative go-to-market plays
- Dynamic, proactive, able to think on your feet and create urgency
- Background in SaaS/IoT/Smart Building/Facilities Tech is a big plus
- Someone who thrives in growth mode – hunting new partners and driving expansion in accounts
