The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive New Business: Engage with decision-makers, deliver compelling demos, and close deals.
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: While supported by SDRs, you'll own the process from first contact to signed contract.
- Sell to a Wide Market: With few competitors, you can confidently target businesses across multiple industries.
- Maximise Your Earnings: Uncapped commission means huge earning potential for high performers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales, ideally within SasS, IT, events, hardware, or professional services.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your success.
- Strong Communicator: Confident running demos, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Flexible & Hybrid: Work from the Bath office two days a week, with remote flexibility otherwise.
