We’re working with a global Agency supporting an FMCG client and is looking for a proactive, hands-on Account Manager to support their international expansion across Amazon.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting the end-to-end onboarding of a new global client
  • Owning and optimising Amazon search and performance across Europe (Italy, Spain, France) and Mexico
  • Launching and managing first-time campaigns, brand activations and marketplace strategies
  • Hands-on PPC optimisation with a strong, data-led approach, particularly during the first month of setup
  • Supporting multichannel expansion across Amazon Mexico, Walmart and Mercado Libre
  • Working closely with FMCG retail brands to drive visibility, conversion and sales growth
  • Acting as a confident, solutions-focused client partner, particularly in ambiguous or fast-changing situations
  • Collaborating remotely with internal teams and stakeholders

Experience Needed:

  • Proven experience in Amazon PPC, marketplace management or eCommerce account management
  • Strong understanding of European Amazon marketplaces and LATAM platforms
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments and bringing clarity, structure and momentum
  • Confident client-facing communicator with experience managing stakeholder expectations
  • Naturally analytical, commercially minded and optimisation-focused
  • Proactive, adaptable and positive in your approach
