We’re working with a global Agency supporting an FMCG client and is looking for a proactive, hands-on Account Manager to support their international expansion across Amazon.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting the end-to-end onboarding of a new global client
- Owning and optimising Amazon search and performance across Europe (Italy, Spain, France) and Mexico
- Launching and managing first-time campaigns, brand activations and marketplace strategies
- Hands‑on PPC optimisation with a strong, data‑led approach, particularly during the first month of setup
- Supporting multichannel expansion across Amazon Mexico, Walmart and Mercado Libre
- Working closely with FMCG retail brands to drive visibility, conversion and sales growth
- Acting as a confident, solutions‑focused client partner, particularly in ambiguous or fast‑changing situations
- Collaborating remotely with internal teams and stakeholders
Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in Amazon PPC, marketplace management or eCommerce account management
- Strong understanding of European Amazon marketplaces and LATAM platforms
- Comfortable working in evolving environments and bringing clarity, structure and momentum
- Confident client‑facing communicator with experience managing stakeholder expectations
- Naturally analytical, commercially minded and optimisation‑focused
- Proactive, adaptable and positive in your approach
