Propel is partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS business that is seeking a proactive and results-driven Renewals Account Manager to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. We are looking for a commercially astute, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in contract renewals and customer success, particularly in a SaaS environment. Your role will primarily focus on directly managing customer contract renewals, optimising retention rates, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

As a Renewals Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving contract renewals. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to maintain high retention rates and optimise renewal strategies.
The Role
- Own and manage the contract renewal process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and upsell opportunities.
- Negotiate renewal terms, identify potential risks, and proactively address customer concerns.
- Analyse customer data and renewal trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
