We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS and data solutions company transforming the way early talent connects with industry-leading employers. As they continue to scale across key verticals, they’re looking for an Account Executive to drive new business growth across the financial services sector, particularly Tier 1 Global Banks.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a high-impact, mission-led team at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a highly consultative sales role, ideal for someone who understands the nuances of complex, multi-stakeholder sales within large enterprise environments.
Your Focus:
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise prospects within Tier 1 banking and financial institutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior HR, Early Careers, and DEI leaders.
- Develop tailored solutions from a market-leading suite of SaaS, data, and employer branding products.
- Drive the full sales cycle – from discovery and pitching through to negotiation and close.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, and product teams.

- Proven track record selling into enterprise clients, in the Financial Services sector - Banks.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders within large financial institutions.
