We’re working with a fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS company on a mission to reshape how organisations manage job data, job architectures, and workforce transformation. Their AI-powered platform is already trusted by global brands across the UK and US—and they’re just getting started.
They’re now looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join their close-knit team and play a key role in their next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
You’ll own the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing—focused on global Enterprise and Mid Market clients. This is a high-impact role with lots of autonomy, ideal for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and loves building relationships with senior decision-makers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running personalised outbound campaigns to spark interest and build pipeline
- Reaching out to warm and cold prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Leading discovery calls to identify customer challenges and present tailored solutions
- Delivering engaging product demos to HR leaders and C-suite stakeholders
- Managing opportunities in HubSpot and collaborating with marketing to refine messaging
- Representing the brand at key industry events and conferences
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth close-to-onboarding experience
What You Need:
- B2B SaaS or solution sales experience (closing experience required)
- Strong outbound sales skills and comfort owning the full sales cycle
- Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers
- Able to attend in-person team/client meetings weekly in London or Guildford
