We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive to join a growing SaaS business focused on people engagement and employee benefits. This is a new business role selling into SMB and Corporate organisations across the UK.
You’ll be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities - selling a platform that helps HR teams improve employee experience, engagement, and benefits management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and closing new opportunities within SMB and Corporate markets
- Leading consultative, value-based sales processes from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Building strong relationships with HR leaders, C-Suite executives, and key decision-makers
- Tailoring platform demos to client needs and helping them solve real employee engagement challenges
- Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experience
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (bonus points for experience selling into HR, Finance, or Benefits teams)
- Proven ability to close deals valued at £20k+ ARR
- Experience selling into organisations with complex buying processes
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Confident communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and a tech-savvy mindset

The role is hybrid with 2 days every couple of weeks in the office based in Oxford!
