We are searching for an experienced Technical leader to help scale this consumer-focused start-up through to international success. With significant revenues and backed by notable industry names, they’re rapidly approaching the 1m user mark and are set to continue on this growth pattern.
This role will be responsible for setting the technical strategy and executing this technical roadmap over the next 2-3 years. With a strong engineering team in place of nearly 30 engineers, this role will suit an experienced Head of Engineering, VP of Engineering, Engineering Manager or alike keen to progress into a CTO opportunity.
Must-haves:
- Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams
- Grow and lead a likeminded, A-level engineering team, including recruiting, performance management, professional and personal development
- Worked in fast-paced, product-centric start-up or scale-up environment
- Strong experience in a consumer product, B2C or App-based environments
- Must remain close to the technology, and is ideally from a hands-on engineering background
