Job Description

Seeking a Senior Social Manager to join one of the largest sports betting and gaming groups in the world.

As a Senior Social Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand activity through digital & social channels, positioning the business ahead of competitors and other industries. This newly created role will be a fundamental step change in their thinking and approach to social planning.

In addition, this unique role offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to live and work abroad. Initially based in London with the potential to relocate to Gibraltar, where the cost of living is approximately 20% less once Covid settles down. Salary is highly competitive, plus bonus, plus a full relocation package.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Drive brand activity in digital and social channels.
  • Lead a step change in digital and social activity, developing channel strategies aligned with brand purpose.
  • Be a credible digital communications expert, educating and upskilling key stakeholders.
  • Develop growth and management plans for communities, increasing reach and engagement.
  • Deliver integrated digital and social campaigns supporting broader marketing strategies.
  • Develop close relationships with internal stakeholders to enable the delivery of business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and partners, setting direction and KPIs.
  • Assist in budget planning and management, ensuring streamlined processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and report results.
  • Utilize social listening tools to understand customer sentiment and optimize plans accordingly.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop the team.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience across all social and content distribution channels, from strategy to execution.
  • Experience with well-known brands, entertainment, or sports sectors.
  • Experience in coaching and developing teams.
  • Willingness to relocate to Gibraltar once Covid restrictions ease.
