The Role

As a Quality Practice Lead for this high-growth cyber insurtech, you will have the opportunity to shape how Quality evolves during an exciting period for the technology team and the business overall. You will be a thought leader within the organization, playing a key role in architecting the business's automation framework and managing the test team to reduce defects. You will also collaborate with other practice leads across Software Development, DevOps, and Agile methodologies to ensure Quality is at the core of everything the technology team does.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the quality strategy across the business, evaluating current practices and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments to implement software strategies.
  • Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of SDET’s and QA engineers.
  • Establish career development plans for team members.
  • Integrate quality practices into DevOps platforms and services.

About You
