This is a unique chance to scale a business in the UK with an already proven business model and be part of the founding UK leadership team.
This is a crucial hire for the business and the first brand focused role for the UK, which will develop into the Head of Brand as a clear progression route. You will oversee Brand Development, Guardianship, Campaigns, Media Planning, Budget, Reporting (completely TTL), helping them to become the biggest brand since Lego.
About You
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, with at least some years spent at a high-growth B2C scale-up
- An expert in Growth, Marketing and Product with proven success in managing large customer acquisition and retention programmes.
- Strong track record of brand awareness and proven leadership experience
- Strategically minded with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the detail
- A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Experience in marketing for parents and children a plus
