The Role
As a Lead Typescript / Node engineer for this AI cyber security business, you will work to lead technical products around distributed systems and big data. This is very much a hands-on delivery role where you will be leading from a technical perspective and providing some mentorship to the team, but you won't be needed to perform “line management” tasks regularly.
You will be using your knowledge of Typescript to deliver distributed systems and improve business-critical systems where scale, latency, and cost are front of mind. You will be shipping code to production every day using your knowledge of CI/CD and working with highly sensitive data with security in mind! This is a fully remote role paying between £90k - £130k.
Tech stack – Typescript, Docker, AWS, serverless, CI/CD, and Terraform.
About You
As a lead Typescript / Node engineer, you will have a variety of skills that will enable you to perform in this role. Don’t worry if you don’t have them all; definitely still apply!
- 5+ years in software engineering.
- Deep experience building distributed and data-heavy systems.
- Strong experience with Typescript.
- AWS experience.
- Experience with containerization with Docker or K8s.
