The Role
Reporting into a Director of Insights and CRM, it is an all-encompassing role from campaign ideation, audience segmentation, creating user flows, execution, to reporting and analytics.
What You’ll Do
- You will build and manage customer level campaigns, ensuring that they are engaging, compliant with relevant regulation and successful. This will require close interaction and work with the Content, Insight and Product teams.
- You will help manage and handle the overall CRM process, covering proposals for new campaigns & emails to the set up & delivery of them.
- You will be involved in driving forward in-app content card management across different spaces in the app.
- You will provide actionable insight that will help improve customer engagement and marketing efficiency.
- You will conceive and carry out experiments to measure & optimise the in-app experience, customer communications and customer acquisition working closely with the product and marketing teams.
- You will manage and operate the regular performance reporting on campaigns with a view to feeding into the prioritisation of new activities.
- You will help develop initiatives to create highly personalised customer experiences that will create step change in customer lifetime value.
- Use data and insight to inform content development, including proactively identifying content gaps to recommend new ideas and opportunities.
Experience You’ll Have
- At least 1 - 3 years experience in CRM within a B2C environment.
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns (in-app messages, push notifications, emails etc).
- Ideally have some experience in creating or managing a campaign journey onboarding, lapsed/win-back, continued engagement journeys.
- Experience using Braze is a plus but definitely not essential as training available.
- Able to produce drafts of campaign content if required that ensures tone, personality and style is consistent with the company tone of voice.
- A highly detail-orientated, diligent, and methodical approach.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and convincingly.
- Drive, ambition and a desire to continue to build your career at an exciting, very fast-growing company.
