Job Description
The Role
As a lead backend engineer for this AI cyber Security Scale up! You will work to lead a team of 5 engineers building data intensive backend systems! This is a technical leadership role where you will be advising on technical decisions with an experienced engineering manager taking control of the more traditional people management problems.
•You design and build reliable distrubted systems that can handle high volumes of data with low latency.
•You will take a lead on system design advising on the best approaches for your team to use.
•Ship code to production everyday.
•Share responsibility with an engineering manager for cost and timelines
•Learn to build with security in mind!

About you
