My client is a well-established Fintech company seeking to hire Junior IT Support Engineers on initial 3-month contracts, inside IR35.
Job Role:
- Assist the IT Operations team and provide additional office support.
- Help users returning to the office with basic desk setup and troubleshooting.
- Address walk-in support requests that require physical presence.
- Log all work completed via the ticketing system.
- Assist with basic Helpdesk tickets.
This position requires working onsite at the client's London-based office.
