This hot startup gained quick recognition during the pandemic amongst producers, mixers, songwriters, and studios needing to collaborate remotely. It generated over £1m and attracted more than 50,000 organic users in its first year alone!
It\’s an exciting time to join, having recently been acquired by one of the world\’s most legendary recording studios, which has a 5-year plan to provide the necessary commercial and operational support to grow the business to its full potential.
The Role
As part of this plan, they are now seeking a Head of Growth to support the business through rapid scale-up and beyond. Responsibilities include GTM strategy, driving new user acquisition, and growing brand awareness.
- Develop a compelling and ambitious marketing strategy covering growth and brand lead activities
- Understand the target customer, develop the proposition, and nurture user journeys to improve conversion rates
- Manage all marketing channels including digital, email, socials, partner marketing, and content marketing strategy
- Run targeted data-driven experiments to identify the most effective channels with a clear view of CAC and double down on what works
- Own and deploy the marketing budget with a focus on ROI and engagement metrics
- Manage agencies and freelancers
- Responsible for recruiting new team members
About You
- Previous experience in a high-growth B2C startup
- Must have SaaS or subscription experience
- Experience in building a direct-to-consumer brand
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role, especially in software marketing
- Understanding of brand, storytelling, community, and PR, with experience working across these areas organically and creatively
- Experience marketing B2C subscription technologies in multiple global territories
