Job Title: Engineering Team Lead

Team Growth & Retention

  • Contribute to recruitment activities, such as interviews and employee onboarding.
  • Assist with internal promotion activities as new roles become available.
  • Play a role in the growth of the Engineering team as it expands.
  • Represent the team positively, ensuring team happiness and staff retention.
  • Manage daily HR activities, including recurring management tasks.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading software engineering project teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects with minimal defects.
  • Evidence of contributions that have advanced organizational standards, deployed new technologies aligned with the roadmap, improved business processes, and contributed to team OKRs.
