They are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to drive customer marketing strategy, from planning through to execution, including Account-Based Marketing. Reporting into the Head of Demand, you will be responsible for expanding awareness, engagement, product usage, and revenue growth within the existing customer base. You will develop programs to support renewals and expansion through user community growth, automated emails, referral and review campaigns, events, webinars, and focused account-based marketing for strategic accounts. You will work closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and challenges, engaging them with education, inspiration, and relevant product information.

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign strategy: Expand awareness and engagement within the customer base with effective, scalable programs.
  • Business goals: Support customer account goals including retention, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • User community: Nurture the user community to inspire, connect, and educate customers.
  • Referrals and review: Collaborate with Customer Success to run referral and review campaigns, identifying and championing customer evangelists.
  • ABM: Work with Account Managers, SDRs, and Research teams to prioritize strategic accounts, focus on key opportunities, map stakeholders, and run personalized ABM campaigns.
  • Communications: Lead communication strategy, set up regular CRM email communications, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Content: Collaborate with content teams to engage customers with relevant content via email and digital channels.
  • Data analytics: Use analytics to identify opportunities for outreach, cross/upsell, and messaging improvements.
  • Customer insight: Engage with customers directly, analyze trends, and share insights with teams.
  • Expertise: Develop thought leadership on customer marketing and ABM best practices.

Who You Are:

You have experience in CRM marketing, ideally within B2B/SaaS industries. You have used HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms. You have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You are passionate about customer insights, user research, and data-driven growth. You are a team player who can work collaboratively and independently. You are organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects. You have a good eye for design and branding.
