We’re looking for a skilled Technical Writer to help shape the next generation of financial products and online payment solutions through clear, consistent, high‑quality technical content. In this role, you’ll work closely with a talented, cross‑functional team spanning Design, Product, Engineering, and User Research. You’ll contribute across a variety of content domains—from technical documentation and API references to support content—playing a key role in delivering seamless developer and user experiences.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience writing technical product content, including APIs/SDKs
- Solid understanding of Git, Docs-as-Code, and OpenAPI (OAS)
- Ability to read code and work with JSON, YAML, and Markdown
- Experience in SaaS and/or online payments (preferred)
- A user‑first mindset with a passion for accessible, high‑quality content
- Confidence managing stakeholders and working across teams
- Curiosity about AI and how it can enhance content and workflows
What you’ll do:
- Create and maintain technical documentation and API references
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver clear, user‑focused content

The team: You’ll be part of a 40+ strong team across Brand Design, Product Design, UX Research, and Content Design, working in a hybrid model (3 days in the office).
