We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing business in the financial services space. The company is one of the most recognised names in retail investing, with a community of over a million members and a B2B arm that works with hundreds of financial brands globally.
The business runs campaigns, content, and events that help financial brands reach and engage everyday investors. Their events programme is a major part of what they do — and it’s growing fast, with flagship experiences in London, New York, and more in the pipeline.
Culturally, it’s a small, high-performing team where people are trusted to own things and given real room to grow. People who join tend to stay — and do well.
This is a newly created role sitting at the heart of how the business delivers for its commercial partners. You’ll be the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly — keeping partners informed, campaigns on track, and events delivered to a high standard.
The role touches two areas: partner correspondence and campaign delivery and events. Both are central to what the business does, and both are growing.
Partner SideOn the partner side, you’ll be the main day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of live commercial partners — coordinating internally across content, marketing, and events teams to make sure everything lands on brief and on time. You’ll build reporting and performance materials, keep things organised, and make partners feel the value of the relationship.
Events SideOn the events side, you’ll support the Head of Events across a busy calendar — in‑person and online formats across the year. Think logistics, supplier management, partner comms, speaker briefings, and on‑site delivery. This includes attending events in person, including in New York a few times a year. It’s a meaningful, visible part of the role — and as the events programme grows, so does the opportunity within it.
The overarching goal is simple: partners who are well looked after renew. That’s the benchmark.
