Our client is looking for an Operations & Talent Lead to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen operational processes, support project delivery and lead people and culture initiatives across the business. This role sits at the centre of operations, delivery and team coordination, ensuring the business runs efficiently while supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Managing project and client contracting processes including MSAs, SOWs and related documentation
- Overseeing the company’s project management and reporting systems to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility across projects
- Collaborating with project teams to track timelines, priorities and delivery milestones
- Supporting leadership with research, reporting and preparation for executive meetings
- Managing relationships with key external partners, including IT and operational suppliers
- Supporting recruitment, resourcing and overall team coordination
- Leading onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and freelancers
- Acting as a trusted operational link between the team and senior leadership
- Supporting internal processes that improve collaboration, clarity and operational efficiency
- Helping maintain sustainability initiatives and certification requirements such as B Corp.
