This is a role with real impact, a mix of hands on and strategy.
We are looking for a hands on technology leader to drive AI Adoption and Automations across this business, someone who can design, build, and deploy solutions personally, while also shaping strategy and working closely with senior stakeholders. This is not a role for a leader who only sets direction from a distance. It is a builder first, strategist second position for someone who wants to be close to the technology while still owning the bigger picture.
As CTO, you will lead on AI and automation execution, designing and implementing solutions such as copilots, document intelligence tools, workflow automation, and knowledge systems. You will prototype, build, and deploy using modern tools, platforms, and APIs, and introduce scalable, cloud based systems, data pipelines, and automation frameworks that the business can grow into.
You will work closely with Partners and teams across the firm to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions, and you will be responsible for driving adoption, making sure new tools are genuinely embedded into daily workflows through training and iteration rather than left underused. You will also define a clear, execution focused technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
What We are looking for:
- Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions within a professional services environment
- Strong technical capability with genuine hands on implementation experience, not just oversight
- Experience with cloud platforms, AI tools, APIs, and automation frameworks
- A product mindset, with a clear focus on usability and measurable outcomes
- The ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non technical stakeholders
- Comfort operating in a fast paced, delivery focused environment
- A pragmatic, outcome driven approach, with curiosity and energy for experimenting with emerging technologies
This is an established multidisciplinary professional services firm with a strong reputation in its field. The business is investing significantly in technology and automation as a strategic priority, and this role sits at the centre of that transformation, with direct exposure to Partners and senior leadership across the organisation.
If you are a hands on technology leader with experience driving AI and automation within a professional services environment, and you want a role where you are building as much as you are strategizing, please share your CV by clicking apply. For any questions, reach out directly.
