Overview

We’re looking for a senior-level Experiential Designer with strong event experience to help bring an immersive live experience to life. This role is all about translating a creative concept into a cohesive, high-impact event brand that works seamlessly across physical spaces and touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for shaping how the brand shows up on site — from large-scale structures through to the smaller details that guide and engage attendees — ensuring the experience feels joined-up, intentional and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an event brand across multiple physical touchpoints
  • Design assets such as pop-up booths, on-site directional signage and environmental graphics
  • Translate a core creative concept into a cohesive, immersive, site-wide experience
  • Ensure visual consistency and storytelling throughout the attendee journey
  • Collaborate with wider creative and production teams to bring ideas into reality

Key Skills & Experience

  • Senior-level designer with proven experience in live events and experiential design
  • Strong understanding of spatial design and how audiences move through environments
  • Ability to think conceptually while also delivering practical, build-ready design solutions
  • Confident designing for real-world applications, not just screens
  • Experience working on immersive or themed event experiences is a strong advantage

The Project

This is a visually exciting, immersive event with plenty of scope for creative expression. Ideal for someone who enjoys seeing their ideas brought to life at scale and shaping how people feel as they move through a space.
