What Youβll Do
- Lead commercial strategy and drive enterprise adoption across major real estate organisations.
- Build and manage senior relationships with landlords, investors, consultants, lenders, and insurers.
- Own the full sales cycle β origination, proposal, negotiation, onboarding, expansion.
- Translate climate, retrofit, and regulatory risk into financial outcomes that protect value, cashflow, and compliance.
- Shape GTM messaging, sales materials, and commercial positioning.
- Feed client insights into product, modelling, and delivery teams to improve solutions.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and events.
About You
- Extensive experience in asset management, portfolio strategy, ESG/decarbonisation, investment management, or senior consultancy.
- Deep network across landlords, consultants, lenders, investors, and insurers.
- Expertise in regulatory and climate frameworks (MEES, EPC, CRREM, Net Zero, ESG-linked financing).
- Skilled at framing retrofit and climate risk in financial terms (valuation, rent, WAULT, liquidity, insurance).
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with experience building pipeline, messaging, and processes from scratch.
- Strong communicator across C-suite, lending, and delivery teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
