As the company continues to scale, they’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join their commercial team and play a key role in generating new opportunities.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and research prospective customers
- Build targeted outbound campaigns across phone, email and Linked In
- Engage senior decision-makers and create new sales conversations
- Personalise outreach based on individual accounts and prospects
- Qualify inbound interest and support initial sales conversations
- Follow up and nurture prospects over time
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other commercial teams
- Test different approaches and continuously improve your outreach
- Take ownership of additional projects outside your day-to-day responsibilities
As you develop, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and progress into a full-cycle sales position or explore other areas of the business.
About You
We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years' experience who is keen to build a career in a high-growth technology environment.
You’ll ideally be
- Ambitious, driven and motivated by targets
- Ideally have worked for a Fintech, worked in finance, or studied Finance/Accounting at University
- Confident speaking to new people
- A strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
